Important Exhibition Rules
- Trestle tables are allowed and must be covered in a black tablecloth that extends to the floor.
- The mall enforces a height restriction of 1,5 metres. Gazebos, umbrellas and teardrop banners are therefore not allowed.
- Acceptable displays include pull-up banners,
A-frames, light boxes and Perspex information holders. - Set-up must be completed by 09:00 every Tuesday morning.
- Dismantling is allowed only from 19:00 onwards on Monday evenings.
- Exhibition stands must be staffed at all times and operated in accordance with the mall’s trading hours.
